WOW! What a sensational launch it was!
The GACS chapter in Rajasthan commenced on 1st June’19 with a bang at Hotel Royal Orchid, Jaipur! The main hall CRYSTAL was full with expectant members looking forward to the event with bated breath.
Nishi Mahajan opened the proceedings with a welcome note to the delegates followed by National Anthem & lamp lighting by chief guest Mr. Sudhir Mathur & the key note speaker Mr. Akhilesh Trivedi along with members of Jaipur chapter. This followed by a welcome performance by local Agni Kula Band. A quick round of introductions of the entire gathering followed by a welcome note by Col. VP Chundawat energized the audience.
Thereafter Sameer Saxena, Secretary & Founding Brick GACS presented achievements, history & goals of GACS. The effort it took to reach a figure of 4000 members in about two years and the plans for the future of the organisation. This was followed by an address by Mr. Sudhir Mathur, Social Entrepreneur. Mr. Sudhir explained the activities being conducted by his trust, Raghu Sinha Mala Mathur Charity Trust for upliftment of weaker sections of the society. He explained how the under privileged were coming up in society when right guidance & support was being provided and how he planned to do more for the society.
How business world can benefit from corporates was thereafter explained by Mr. Akhilesh Trivedi, Mentor, Consultant and CEO-Startup Cheers. The examples of Steve Jobs, founder of Apple & Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook & the struggles through which they commenced their todays multi-billion dollar industries were highly motivating and energising. He exhorted the audience to identify respective sparks in or around them & aim to fulfil those desires; never know if the next Steve of Mark could be from the present audience 😊.
The audience was thereafter regaled by the young enthusiastic team of Agni Kula band, a fusion of Rajasthani folk instruments with western musical instruments was a treat. The audience was livened up by the high intensity performance of the team with the audience dancing to the beats of this beautiful fusion.
Capt. Rajesh appreciated the efforts of these youngsters with gratification & reward from GACS. Mr. Perkin & Mr. Umesh from Hotel Royal Orchid who has facilitated the event explained the spread of their chain of Hotels across the country, in a short period of less then two decades.
