The consequences of unsafe food can be serious and ISO’s food safety management standards help organizations identify and control food safety hazards. As many of today

Yes Tarun, the food safety is very important. If we look at the entire food management in corporates it is imperative that we take care of the compliances from food safety perspective and also from the food management. We need to ensure the following is taken care of, if the food is not cooked onsite: - Labour compliances (All Labour related compliances, need to be taken care of) - Transport compliances (as the food needs to be transported in enclosed commercial vans, clear of any pollution / insurance defecit) - Food Compliances ( related to PFA, FSSAI, Vat etc.) We need to ensure the following is taken care of, if the food is cooked onsite: - Labour compliances (All Labour related compliances, need to be taken care of) - Transport compliances (NA) - Food Compliances ( related to PFA, FSSAI etc.) - VAT Registrations - Fire Clearances of the building - Clearance for the installation of the LPG within the premises Hoping this helps
