Hi VikasOrganizations are bound to give a drop to the ladies after sunset... so if it is the first pickup or last drop.. guard is necessary. so all of us need to follow the same.some organizations take an undertaking from such users who would use their own transport and keep it with them. you should also ask your own legal team on the stand that they need to take.cheers

Dear Tarun, Stating few figure like one HK manpower for 4000 sqft area is sufficient in general shift operation and same can be calculate if operation extend. Similarly, .17 Paisa is fixed for per sqft cleaning materials.RegardsSubhash
