Need information on the FSSAI license requirement for the client which has a dry cafe where the service provider gets food from central kitchen and serves the employees. Basic induction based stuffs are prepared in house. The vendor has all required licenses in place.

FSSAI is required indeed if food is brought from central kitchen, apparently induction based food is also prepared and served.Hence, it’s mandatorily required.
