Need information on the FSSAI license requirement for the client which has a dry cafe where the service provider gets food from central kitchen and serves the employees. Basic induction based stuffs are prepared in house. The vendor has all required licenses in place.

FSSAI is required indeed if food is brought from central kitchen, apparently induction based food is also prepared and served.Hence, it’s mandatorily required.

Dear Mr. RaoThe vendor need to provide the copy of license for the food prepared by them. Client just keep the copy for their reference. The food vendor is liable for all compliance.RegardsVivek Singh

Central kitchen of the supplier need tto be certified by FSSAI and all relevant adherence need to be maintained.
