For security guards, is a company liable to pay reliever charges over and above paying minimum wages prescribed by State Govt. ?

Hi AmitAs per compliance, we need to give weekly off to deployed manpower ( security personnel’s). On week off day, if you’re asking for additional security guard to be deployed at the locations, which can not be left unattended then you need to pay reliever charges. If you don’t want to deploy additional guard on the location, then you can deny to make the reliever charges, as you don’t require reliever replacing the person who is on W/OFF.
