Your building Maintenance Department is not following any instructions, and failing to provide basic facilities signed in the maintenance agreement. How would you solve it?

U need to invoke penalty clause of the agreement and u can also give a formal notice to them

penalty is the way out,,also escalate to upper level.

Hi- Suggest you seek legal inputs to invoke the legal clause (in case present) & also... in case you have an escalation matrix handy... do the same before invoking the clause. Cheers !!

We should review our maintenance agreement and push agency according to the agreed terms .... if they are flouting, formal notice through legal function of your office further as per their inputs.
