Mail room policy

We are reviewing our Mail room policy , can someone suggest what are key points which we need to incorporate. And it will be great help if you ready to share your policy so that we can do benchmarking.

Receive, sort, process, bag, label and deliver all incoming and outbound mail Stuff, label and post large mailings Provide mail pick-up and delivery services to and from the Country specific Post Office. Provide means for employees to mail business related packages only Research mystery mail and deliver as per site req. Sort and deliver all mail received by site established schedules on the same business day Pick up departmental mail as per site requirements. If Yes, please specify site requirement in bottom cell of this category. Responsible for postage machine, scales and sorters, meter rental Maintain accurate information on Client and non-Client employees Please add descriptions, frequencies provided and SLA"s for any other services provided in this category. Coordinate with courier agency on daily basis to ensure all docs are dispatched same day To verify the monthly/weekly bill received from Courier agency & process for payments
