BMS - Honeywell (Tridium) & Siemens performance feedback

Anyone using Honeywell (Tridium software) or Siemens BMS system, we are in final stage of work order but before would like to know their service support for all south location (especially for trivendram) sales commitment is always vary then services, it would be good if anyone using can give your feedback

Hi Rithra, based on my experience with Honeywell, they provide good quality service to their clients. Their service also depend on the contract and scope of work. Overall it"s good. Hope this helps.

Honeywell system is good and you can customize according to your need. You can hook any of your system with this BMS.

Thanks for the feedback, we finalise the Honeywell product of niagara platform and Tridum controllers
